Shipping Policies

 


• Standard production time is 3 business days plus shipping time. If you place an order on a Friday, please take into consideration that Saturday & Sunday ARE NOT production days. 

• There is a calendar at checkout to select the date that you would like your order to be sent on. If you have bypassed the calendar, the next available delivery date will be chosen.

NO SHIPPING DATE IS GUARANTEED. Dispatch dates are a guideline only. Marshmallow Club reserves the right to delay shipment if there is extreme weather or extenuating circumstances. If this does happen, we will more than likely upgrade your order to Express Post to make up for the delay.

• The flat rate for orders under 4kg is $16.50. There will be an option for both Standard and Express Post at the checkout for bulky orders. Free local shipping applies to orders over $50 within the Blue Mountains government area only. Orders in this area below $50 are delivered with a discount rate of $8.

• As Marshmallow products are perishable, returns are not possible. 

• Orders are sent using Australia Post and Express Post whenever possible. Large orders  may be sent via courier which can occasionally take longer as the Marshmallow Club studio is located in a rural area. 

• If you have not received your order within 10 business days, please contact me and I will launch an investigation with the responsible delivery service. Please note that Marshmallow Club is not responsible for any delays to your order whilst it is in transit.

• All products are made to order. If you require something urgently, please let me know via the customer note box when you are checking out, or by sending an email to: dani@marshmallowclub.com.au

• All orders are sent with tracking and you will automatically receive a tracking number via email once your order is fulfilled. If you are unsure, check your junk folder or send me an email.
